Look for keywords in questions:
- "increased from … to …"
- "decreased from … to …"

Step-by-step method:
- Find the change: Change = New Value – Old Value (for increase) or Old Value – New Value (for decrease).
- Percentage = (Change ÷ Original Value) × 100
