Introduction to Geometry

Geometry mathematics ka wo hissa hai jisme hum shapes, lines, angles, triangles aur circles ka study karte hain.

Roman Urdu: Geometry ka matlab hota hai shapes aur unki properties ko samajhna.

Basic Elements of Geometry

1. Point

Point ka koi size nahi hota, sirf position hoti hai.

2. Line, Line Segment & Ray

Line: Dono sides par infinite hoti hai
Line Segment: Start aur end dono defined hotay hain
Ray: Start point hota hai, end infinite

Angles

Jab do lines ya rays ek hi point par milti hain to angle banta hai.

Important Angles:
Acute (<90°), Right (90°), Obtuse (>90° & <180°), Straight (180°), Complete (360°)

Triangle

Triangle ke 3 sides aur 3 angles hotay hain. Sum of angles = 180°

Types:
Equilateral (3 equal sides)
Isosceles (2 equal sides)
Scalene (no equal side)

Quadrilateral (Square & Rectangle)

Quadrilateral ke 4 sides hotay hain. Sum of angles = 360°

Circle

Circle ke parts: Centre, Radius, Diameter
Diameter = 2 × Radius
