2. Is IELTS required for the CSC Scholarship?

For English-taught programs, IELTS or TOEFL may be required. For Chinese-taught programs, an HSK language certificate is needed instead. Many Pakistani students opt for English-taught programs or use medium-of-instruction certificates from their previous universities.

3. Is the CSC Scholarship fully funded?

Yes — it covers full tuition, accommodation, monthly stipend, and basic health insurance. Travel costs are not covered by the HEC-managed batch, so students need to arrange their own flights.
