STEDA Phase 2 Test in September 2026: Teaching License Now Mandatory for New Jobs
1. Only Licensed Teachers Eligible for Recruitment
Sindh Teacher Licensing Policy 2023 mein bari tabdeeli kar di gayi hai. Ab se School Education & Literacy Department (SELD) mein jitni bhi nai bhartiyan (new recruitments) hongi, unme sirf woi log apply kar sakenge jin ke paas valid teaching license hoga. Sardar Ali Shah ne wazeh kiya ke "Only candidates who pass the Teaching License Test will be eligible for recruitment as teachers in Sindh."
2. September 2026 Test (Phase 2) Details
Phase 2 ka test specifically Secondary Level (Grades 6-12) ke liye design kiya ja raha hai. STEDA ne planning mukammal kar li hai aur test lene ke liye aik Third-Party Testing Agency ki khidmaat li jayengi taake poora process shafaf (transparent) ho.
3. Bridging Course for 1-Year B.Ed Holders
Jin umeedwaro ke paas ek saal ka B.Ed hai, wo license ke liye qualify nahi kar paa rahe thay. Board ne unke liye Bridging Course متعارف karwane ki manzoori de di hai. Is course ko karne ke baad unki degree National Professional Standards (NPSTP) ke mutabiq ho jayegi aur wo license test de sakenge.

4. Specializations & ECCE Inclusion
Ab teaching license sirf general nahi hoga. Isme naye specializations shamil ki ja rahi hain, khas tor par Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE). Iska maqsad primary level par parhane wale asatza ko makhsoos training dena hai taake bacho ki bunyad mazboot ho sake.
5. Future of Teaching Jobs in Sindh
Sindh hukumat ka ye qadam teaching profession ko mazeed ba-waqar banane ke liye hai. Sardar Ali Shah ka kehna hai ke Sindh mulk mein teaching reforms ke mamlay mein sab se aagay hai. Nai bhartiyon ko ab Merit, Performance, aur Professional Standards se jora jayega.
