Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in 2nd Division (14 years of education) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- A six-month certificate course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education or Trade Testing Board.
- Must have passed the General Screening Test of the respective category conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks, and must possess the required STS certificate.
General Conditions
- Applications must be submitted within 15 days from the date the advertisement is published.
- Age will be calculated from the closing date of applications. A 5-year general upper-age relaxation applies as per the Government of Sindh notification dated March 6, 2025.
- Reserved quotas for initial appointment will be observed according to applicable Government of Sindh rules and policies.
- Candidates already serving in government departments must obtain an NOC from their department before applying, and must produce the original NOC at the time of interview.
- Appointment will be made according to the Government of Sindh policy notified on April 26, 2023, under the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and applicable rules.
- Shortlisted candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with original documents, as per the interview schedule uploaded on the Job Portal.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
Candidates already employed in a government department should arrange their NOC in advance, since the original copy must be produced at the interview stage.
