About the Hiring

Position 1: Director General (Regional Office)
Who can apply: Regular government officers in BS-19/20 or equivalent with at least 17 years of post-qualification experience.
Place of posting: ICT, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, or anywhere in Pakistan.

- Background in the education or TVET sector will be preferred
Position 2: Director General (Planning & Development)
Who can apply: Regular government officers in BS-19/20 or equivalent with at least 17 years of post-qualification experience.
Place of posting: NAVTTC Headquarters, Islamabad.
Experience required: Strong professional experience in development planning, project management, monitoring and evaluation, or technical and vocational education and training (TVET). Candidates should have worked in areas such as:
- Preparing, formulating and processing PC-I documents for development projects and schemes
- Monitoring, evaluating and appraising development projects and programmes
- Formulating and implementing training-related policies and frameworks
- Developing and carrying out training plans and programmes in consultation with stakeholders
- Contributing to the formulation, review and implementation of TVET policies and strategies
- Project planning, project management, administration and institutional coordination
- Stakeholder management, inter-agency coordination, and preparing policy briefs, summaries, reports and documents

- Both posts will be filled on deputation under approved SOPs (or amendments, if any).
