Terms of Use for MissMono

Welcome to MissMono, accessible from missmono.com and the MissMono mobile application available on Google Play Store. By accessing or using MissMono in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our mobile application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms of Use, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use MissMono.

Description of Service

MissMono is an educational platform designed to help users prepare for Pakistani competitive examinations including but not limited to FPSC, NTS, PPSC, SPSC, KPPSC, STS, PTS, CSS, PMS, MDCAT, and ECAT. Our services include:

  • Practice Mode — subject-wise MCQ practice with unlimited attempts
  • Daily Quiz — a new set of MCQs available every day with streak tracking
  • Competition Mode — timed competitive tests with leaderboard rankings
  • Leaderboard — rankings based on competition performance
  • User Profile — personal performance tracking and badge system

User Accounts

To access certain features of MissMono, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Not share your account credentials with anyone else
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use MissMono only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Use MissMono for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of MissMono or its servers
  • Use any automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from MissMono
  • Cheat, manipulate scores, or exploit any bugs in competitions or quizzes
  • Share, distribute, or reproduce any MCQ content from MissMono without permission
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users in any way
  • Upload any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the MissMono application

Intellectual Property

All content available on MissMono including but not limited to MCQ questions, answer explanations, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software is the property of MissMono or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on MissMono without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our content may result in account termination and legal action.

Competition Rules

MissMono hosts timed competitions for registered users. By participating in any competition, you agree to the following rules:

  • Each competition allows only one attempt per user
  • Once submitted, answers cannot be changed or reviewed
  • The timer cannot be paused during a competition
  • Any form of cheating or score manipulation will result in immediate disqualification
  • Leaderboard rankings are based on score percentage and time taken
  • MissMono reserves the right to disqualify any user suspected of cheating
  • Competition results are final and cannot be disputed

Daily Quiz and Streaks

MissMono offers a daily quiz that resets every midnight. Streak records are maintained based on consecutive daily quiz attempts. MissMono does not guarantee the availability of daily quizzes at all times and is not responsible for any streak loss due to technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity problems.

Advertisements

MissMono displays advertisements on both our website and mobile application through Google AdSense and Google AdMob respectively. By using MissMono, you agree to the display of these advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed on our platform.

Users may opt out of personalized advertisements by visiting: google.com/settings/ads.

Third-Party Services

MissMono integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google AdSense, and Google Sign-In. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MissMono is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • MissMono will be available at all times without interruption
  • All MCQ content is 100% accurate or up to date
  • MissMono will meet your specific exam preparation requirements
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected immediately

MissMono is an educational tool and does not guarantee success in any examination. Users are encouraged to use multiple study resources for exam preparation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MissMono and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use MissMono. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any examination failure.

Account Termination

MissMono reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use MissMono will immediately cease and your account data may be deleted.

Changes to Terms

MissMono reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of MissMono after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Consent

By using MissMono website or mobile application, you hereby consent to these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them.

Update

These Terms of Use were last updated on January 1, 2026. If we update, amend or make any changes to these terms, those changes will be posted here.
